Terms of Service

Last updated: June 25, 2026

These terms govern your use of Ferrule (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

Ferrule lets you generate images and videos using third-party AI models. You buy prepaid credits and spend them to run generations.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Credits

Credits are a prepaid license to use the Service. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value, and can be redeemed only within Ferrule. We may adjust how many credits a model costs as provider prices change. If a generation fails, the credits for it are returned to your balance.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual or deceptive deepfakes of real people, content that infringes others’ rights, or anything that violates the policies of the underlying model providers. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You own the prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by the relevant model’s license, the media you generate. You are responsible for how you use generated media, including securing any rights needed for commercial use.

6. Availability & warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Model outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferrule is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the Service over time. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
