This policy explains what Ferrule collects and how we use it.
What we collect
Your email address and authentication data, a record of your generations (prompts, model used, and the resulting media), your credit balance and transaction history, and basic technical logs needed to run the Service.
How we use it
To operate your account, run and deliver your generations, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We share data only as needed with the providers that power the Service: Supabase (authentication and database), fal.ai (AI generation — your prompts and any input images are sent to fulfil requests), Stripe (payments — your card details go directly to Stripe; we never store them), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each processes data under its own terms.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing kondazdev@gmail.com.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
